- A definite plan whereby the city will cooperate in paying for the transportation of Mexicans who desire to return to Mexico will be put before the city council as soon as the cost of transporting them from Austin to the Mexican border is definitely ascertained, M. S. Huls, representative of the local relief bureau, said Thursday.
Huls told the council Thursday a survey is now being made to determine the number of Mexican families, not deportable, who want to return to Mexico, and that this survey will be completed by next Thursday. - History Unfolded Contributor
