PORTLAND, Nov. 17.—(AP)—Portland Jewish groups will add their voices to the roar of protest that followed Jewish persecutions in Germany. They will participate in a mass demonstration Sunday. Four congregations will be Ied in prayer by Rabbi Henry J. Berkowitz.
