VICHY, July 10—(AP)—Jews in Paris no longer will be permitted to appear on such boulevards as the Champs D'Elysees, the German-language Pariser Zeitung reported today.

Jews also were reported barred from cafes, restaurants and places of amusement except a few set aside for their use exclusively.
